Your satisfaction is our top priority, and if you ever need to return an item or request a refund, we’re here to make it easy and stress-free. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

General Returns and Exchanges

  • You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition, and returned in the original blue Oraani box sealed with tape, placed inside Oraani’s sealed polythene bag, along with the invoice.

  • Returns sent without the Oraani box or in loose/unsealed packaging will not be accepted.

  • If your order included any free gifts, they must also be returned.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Please ensure a video is recorded showing the full process — displaying the parcel contents, packing the parcel, and handing it over to our delivery partner.

  • If this video is not recorded, Oraani will not be held liable for any claims related to missing items, tampering, or pilferage in return or exchange parcels.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been altered, resized, or personalized

  • Items purchased during sale events (eligible for exchange only)

  • Nose pins (due to hygiene reasons) and Rakhis


Return and Exchange Window

  • You can request both returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • After this 7-day period, returns will no longer be accepted. Exchanges are only allowed for the following reasons:

    • Fading of any of our products

    • Breakage of chain

Please be aware that damages such as issues with pearls, fading of locks/closures, stones falling off, discoloration or fake-looking polish (e.g., a different yellow color), breakage due to unlinking, or damage to the OS logo are not eligible for exchange after 7 days.

Additionally, we cannot accept exchanges or returns if the product has been intentionally tampered with by the customer.

Exchanges for Discontinued Items

  • In case the same item is discontinued, an exchange will be offered against the order value paid at the time of purchase.

  • Exchanges are strictly made against the order value and not against the weight (gms) of the jewellery.

  • You may choose another product of the same value or higher (by paying the difference).


Mistakenly Returning a Non-Oraani Item

Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Oraani cannot reship non-Oraani items mistakenly sent to us.


Non-Authorized Returns

Oraani reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns, including but not limited to final sale items, and return such items to the sender. Oraani is not responsible for return shipments that are rejected, re-directed, or abandoned, and will not issue a refund for the affected item(s).

If Oraani identifies a pattern of excessive returns or abuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, and refuse any current or future returns, or access to our Sites (or any portion thereof).

Initiating a Return or Exchange

Process

Returning or exchanging an item with Oraani is simple:

  1. Log in to your account using your registered email via the "Login" option in the burger menu.

  2. Click on "REQUEST RETURN/EXCHANGE", select a valid reason, and submit your request.

  3. Once our team reviews it, you’ll receive an email with further instructions.

Timeline

  • 2 days: To review the return or exchange request.

  • 4 days: For the product pickup by our shipping provider.

  • 6 days: For the product to reach us.

  • 5 days: For the refund to be initiated from our end or for the exchange product to be shipped.


Preparation

Ensure that the product is ready for collection in its original packaging and with the invoice. Please have someone available at the pickup location to hand over the item to our delivery partner.


Refund Policy

Pickup Charge Deduction

A deduction of Rs 150 will be made to cover the pickup charge for returns and refunds only. This charge does not apply to exchanges.

Refund Process

  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the product.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Processing Time

While we aim to process refunds quickly, please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the return for the refund to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience!

Received a Damaged or Tampered Package

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or tampered with, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person for RTO (Return to Origin).

After that, reach out to us at with your Order ID, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately.
We will send you a brand-new replacement at no additional cost, as you deserve the best!
However, please be aware that we cannot process the return without the originally requested video.

Note:

  1. When you receive an Oraani package, record a video of unboxing so if there is any problem with the product e.g., damaged product/product is missing in the box/received wrong product and submit it with the return/exchange claim. Then it will be easy for us to assist at the time you raise a return/exchange request.

  2. If a customer fails to hand over the product at the time of pickup for return or exchange, they are to self-ship the product.
